♂ Male CNS

is an embodied whole-CNS emulation using the Janelia Male CNS v1.0 proofread connectome — every traced neuron and synapse, including the ventral nerve cord. Sweet-sensing gustatory neurons are continuously stimulated. Head, antennae, wings and feeding follow identified motor and descending pools; walking is paced by real leg motor neurons in the VNC.

Technical summary

Realtime LIF kernel (1 ms steps) on the full Male CNS CSR graph (165,122 neurons · 25,563,197 synapses). Parameters inspired by Shiu et al., Nature 2024 and the embodiment pattern of infinite-sugar. Body: FlyBody via MuJoCo WASM + three.js. No learning or habituation.
